Parents has tried in so many ways to make better suggestions on the betterment and success of the school but it seems the school is just concerned about their selfish interests and don't care about the future of the students

URGENT APPEAL TO RESCUE OUR CHILDREN FROM THE ACADEMIC NIGHTMARE PUT UP BY AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE.
We, the parents of Ambrose Alli University Medical Students, are raising an outcry for help to save our children from the dangerous situation they have found themselves in the College of Medicine.
In 2017, the Ambrose Alli University went on a dangerous spree of Over- Admission. Unknown to us Parents and the General Public, the university admitted one thousand (1000) of our children instead of the 50-Students –Quota approved by the MDCN; exceeding their quota by 950.
The unsuspecting Parents and Students walked into that trap and since then, it has been a nightmare. They hurt the dreams of so many of our children and making them leave the Medical school. This they achieved through very inhuman forms of examinations and at the end, they will tell the students that they have failed. This continued over the years without us the Parents knowing what was actually going on until late last year when the institution told the surviving 450 students of that year that they have been advised by MDCN to demote them to 100 level after passing their MB Part1 Examinations.
We have tried to dialogue with the school to no avail. We have also asked that arrangements be made by the former Provost of the Medical School, Prof. Iyalomhe to transfer our children to other universities, but our pleas fell on deaf ears.
So they shared our children in 4 batches of 100 students each. Students who wrote the same exam and passed were being asked to wait and return in 2026 to start 400 Level while their other classmates would have progressed. When we raised eyebrows, parents were told that it was the MDCN that mandated them to do so. This we later found not to be true.
