In a normal world yes. But limits just creates more problems than it solves. The theory is elected members will do better with terms and be less probe to external influnce.

I imagine them spending 8 yrs fully focused on securing that next private sector job making even worse decisions, and then while being totally incompetent for those companies, there would just be even more kickbacks and lobbying of the friends that were still there.

For uruguay to finish 2nd with 3 pts, then cape verde with a tie will leapfrog scotland. Congo and senegal will prob win too. This is actually under indexing the prob of african teams in the round of 32.

Just don’t make any live props on players. @BovadaOfficial literally robs you. They use settlements of official sources.

So for example, say a player is -120 to have a shot on goal.

Game starts.

Does a shot on goal. Bovada shows he has a sog and moves line to 2 sog+ at +100 (game has started less time). Lines are all correct.

Player then scores a goal. 2sog.

The first shot on goal (not the goal) gets adjusted by fifa later. You lost your bet LOL

If you had bet on 2sog before the game= sure its a loss.

But the surface him as 1sog already. You are betting assuming that, all odds make sense.

Be careful, its the biggest scam ive ever seen in a sportsbook.

Yeah totally fine to disagree. It seems like a lot of the pushback is:
- companies should be able to change pricing as they please: 100%, nobody is going on an anti capitalism rant
- you ageeed to it all on the t&c: as if most ppl have a legal team review streaming services t&cs
- they don’t really raise it that much: 100%, but again they “could” and nothing prevents them from doing so at a ridiculous multiple. They would get a lot of cancels then, but i would prefer not to have authorized my cc for whatever amount they decide to charge. Put a max or frequency on the t&c it thats easier, or hold my sub until i accept.

I just think that post an increase, at the point of first charge if you did not opt in, a simple call to amex or whatever your cc company is would be an easy dispute proves the mechanics are not customer friendly or transparent at all (despite the email notices). This becomes even more important if you are dealing with a service that you don’t use or log into frequently. Opens the door for a lot of deceptive practices.

I have a pretty good idea on how businesses work. And im not arguing for companies not > pricing, much less nflx. What I am advocating for is that they should not be allowed to give you a 30 day notice, and if you do “nothing” they’ll charge your cc more instead of putting sub on hold
