-Have talent
-Don’t strikeout looking
-Don’t walk everyone
-Work hard
-Have hustle
-Have that dog in them
-Hate to lose
-Can get a bunt down
-Don’t miss signs
-Show up early
-Have Respect
-Pick up equipment with out being asked
-Get Foul Balls
-Have parents that are not only not problems but are actively willing to help and are helpful.

The winter break is probably the best time to make adjustments. You went through the fall and got taught the concept, now you get to go home with no pressure. You get all winter to make it make sense for yourself. Show up in the spring a different player, IF you want to.
