You are right on the deport part.
Less workers = labour is more valuable.
It will also improve the average quality of worker.
But you can't force employers to pay a decent wage, you have to improve market conditions to enable that (less regulations, less taxes etc...)
You also have to fix the laziness by removing incentives.
Sharon on the council estate who gets paid by the govt to not work, gets PIP and paid to have kids is never going to get off her arse.
