It's become, IMO, a militancy of bike riders to believe that they should do this on purpose to basically give a big up-yours to car traffic. It's time to put an end to this crazy stuff. Single file, or big fines. Simple fix.

This car driver clearly had had enough of this nonsense! While I don't condone what that guy in the little car does here - I think on some level I understand it. Cyclists have wrongly come to the conclusion that as long as they're allowed on the road, they should be entitled to basically take over. Which includes not letting faster vehicles and others pass.

From all accounts, this is one of the causeway's in Florida, and this was not some scheduled event where cars were not supposed to be utilizing the same roadway. This was a pack of cyclists who adopt the attitude - I'm a vehicle too, so I'm allow to do this regardless of how it impacts the right of passage for other vehicles behind us.

Is it time that legislation adopt -country wide (maybe all countries should do this) - where there's a 10mph law for motorized vehicles? In other words, if you're 10 mph or more under the posted speed, you have to pull off back to single file (bicycles) or off to the side of the road (as in horse drawn carts, slow motor vehicles etc) to let faster motorized vehicles pass?
