I found the sizeable premiums to Brent from both Stag and Montara also really interesting and perhaps isn't so well studied.

Feeling the benefit and so is my heart / fitness .. started running in June after a couple of years of doing little to no exercise . Started slowly with some 5k jogs now regularly doing 20k plus and down 2+ stone . I’m not missing those Netflix binges whilst eating crisps/chocs!
