Project update: our case study on trauma-informed approaches in the custody suite has concluded focus groups with senior staff and staff working in the custody suites. The interim results are illuminating in terms of how staff and management view it.

We conducted a qualitative investigation of staff perceptions of the NES trauma training and its utility for working in custody. Interim results revealed positive views of the training but also identified barriers to implementation.
