Looking back at some of my tweets and I cringe. I don't regret them (well most of them), I just realized I spoke from a place of hurt and not one of health. Don't get it twisted though, there's truth that can brought out in the pain.
One of the greatest strengths of Powers and Principalities is to convince us that the source of the problems we see in the world have nothing to do with Powers and Principalities.
Paul’s words in Ephesians 6 are so important: we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood.
I can’t stand the hypocrisy of saying “King David was redeemable” when it comes to Trump, all while George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Trayvon Martin, & anyone else whose past was smeared to justify their execution were never given the same grace.
The Word became flesh and dwelled among us.
The Word didn’t become a religious system.
The Word didn’t become a theological checklist.
The Word didn’t become a political movement.
The Word didn’t become an estatic experience.
The Word became flesh. Loving embodied existence.
