@ToyotaFinancial since the recurring payment didn't work for this months payment due 10/26, I made a payment over the phone. I want to make sure I am not going to be considered late and that I will also not be double charged once you get your auto pay working again!
@ToyotaFinancial It is obvious that you are having technical problems with your website and recurring payments but you can atleast address this instead of not answering the phone. I set up recurring payments but the payment was not deducted so I am technically late!
