This needs to be addressed...the skilled individuals who literally have patients lives in their hands have their compensation consistently cut while administrators expand exponentially. @DOGE please consider this on your list of egregious practices to fix!
While other segments of the US Healthcare Market make records profits, Medicare has cut physician fees 29%over the last 20 years. Docs can’t take care of Medicare patients if the cuts continue. My bills protects Medicare patients access to their Doc. https://t.co/DfIWnoUZUI
Normal gays think you are really weird and out of touch.
We don’t want or need a long abbreviated letter slogan lumping people together to claim grievances.
We are all Americans and don’t want a separate flag anymore and don’t need special privileges.
We are filled with American pride every month.
We live in the greatest country in the world with a meritocracy where we have full rights now.
We’ve largely achieved equality - so stop the grift of victimhood and separation.
🚨STATEMENT: I am calling for a full investigation by the New York State Attorney General following reports that the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit alleging Governor Hochul’s administration rigged the bid process for an $11 billion Medicaid homecare program.
This is a grave breach of public trust, and New Yorkers deserve answers immediately.
The DOJ’s allegations are explosive: a favored vendor, millions in taxpayer dollars allegedly siphoned away, vulnerable patients and caregivers left in chaos, and Hochul administration officials right in the middle of it.
Governor Hochul owns this scandal. It happened under her administration, with her people, on her watch.
And for some reason, our State Attorney General is nowhere to be found when it comes to defending taxpayers. Albany Democrats have no shame. This is what one-party rule looks like when nobody is held accountable.
As your next State Senator, I will fight for a full investigation, public hearings, subpoenas if needed, and real accountability for every Albany insider who swindled New Yorkers and betrayed the public trust.
The Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) is having a meltdown right now over the protective order request that Meghan M Manion, the Montgomery County attorney, submitted as it relates to Cow Bell Solar in Florida, New York.
The protective order request was granted by Chief James McClymonds.
The law firm representing the solar developer, Young/Sommer, which has a near monopoly over most ORES solar projects, panicked and appealed that decision.
Manion argued that Montgomery County should have the right to review documentation from the solar developer before they initiate the permitting process.
McClymonds responded:
"State agencies and municipalities seeking access to protected information under the Protective Order may request access directly from the Providing Party."
Montgomery County requested the un-redacted documentation upon this ruling.
ORES is now having a meltdown. Their latest response is attached below.
ORES is somehow arguing that they "place immense emphasis on transparency" while also having a problem with a COUNTY wanting to see un-redacted documentation for an incoming solar complex.
Redacting solar documentation and protecting multinational corporations and foreign companies is not transparency.
ORES is worried this precedent will hold true for all other solar and wind permitting projects. If the counties and towns are allowed to see the true information behind each complex, ORES knows they will fight with everything they have to oppose these projects.
The ORES process can ONLY exist behind redacted files, no voicemail/email, and bureaucrats whose names and information are kept hidden from the public.
If the public can begin to access this information, their system falls apart.
Keep watch on what happens inside the Cow Bell Solar (aptly name to mock us rural New Yorkers) docket.
We don’t have 60 votes for the House-passed SAVE America Act
But we do have a simple majority
Given the bill’s widespread bipartisan popularity, we could pass it with a simple majority—by debating it until it passes
I explain how in this clip

The DSA is a terrorist organization pushing for de facto secession from the United States.
And they’re lying about why the city is crumbling.
It’s not because we have a ‘war economy’ draining money from our schools and transit. It’d because leftists like them have been in charge here for decades and have wasted/stolen billions of our dollars.
New York spends an absolutely ungodly amount of money on schools, the MTA, infrastructure, healthcare, housing, and nearly everything else they complain about.
Lack of money is NOT the issue. Failed municipal leadership is the issue. A city council filled with unemployable spoiled children and their enablers is the issue. A 30 year old TikTok mayor who’s never held a job is the issue.
If we zeroed out the Pentagon budget tomorrow and gave every dime of that money to NYC, it wouldn’t improve this city one iota, because the same morons will be in charge of wasting it all.
So please spare us these obvious lies about ‘underfunded’ schools and transit.
You want to kneecap the country militarily for purely ideological reasons and you don’t really care whether anything gets better in New York either way.
@LeaderJohnThune The SAVE America Act received 50 votes on the Senator Mike Lee amendment for the House-passed version.
You do have the votes.
You have NOT implemented the talking filibuster.
You have NOT forced democrats to speak out against the SAVE America Act.
NY Solar clear cutting forests in the ADIRONDACKS. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 @nydems told us their “Climate Action Plan,” would “Save NY’s environment & lower energy costs!!” RESULT:. Chopping down 200,000 🌲 trees & our energy costs have more than DOUBLED. @alex_fasulo is doing something a lot it. @SenatorHarckham@RachelMayNY@LizKrueger will not leave 1 tree standing. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
BREAKING: NY Health Commissioner James McDonald and Medicaid Director Amir Bassiri have been charged in connection with a Medicaid fraud being brought by the feds alleging the Hochul administration rigged the transition of CDPAP services for Public Partnerships, LLC and allowed the company to siphon millions more than it contract allows.
When Jimmy Carter purchased the teachers’ union’s endorsement in 1979 by establishing the Department of Education, the USA was #1 in education.
46 years and $4.1 trillion dollars later, the USA is #40. We are, however, #1 in cost per student.
Every time Whoopi Goldberg opens her mouth about racism, hate, and “division,” I flash right back to that 1993 Friars Club roast.
There she was, glowing, laughing, loving every second, while the man she was dating, Ted Danson, strutted on stage in blackface, cracking jokes at her event.
She didn’t storm out.
She didn’t scream “racism!”
She was beaming. Happy as hell.
Yet today, we’re supposed to believe she’s outraged by the very things she once laughed through and defended.
Because that’s what I can’t reconcile.
She’s a paid performer. A Hollywood lifer who has spent decades in the spotlight, and to me, the contrast between then and now raises a lot of questions.
She’ll condemn behavior today that she appeared willing to overlook when it involved someone close to her.
Hands down.
That’s why I have a hard time taking the outrage seriously.
The hypocrisy is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
Wake up, folks… She’s a Hollywood grifter!
We must apologize to everyone.
For weeks we've bragged how fortunate the U.S. consumer is, to not be beholden to geopolitical chokepoints and unfriendly governments.
Yet in our own backyard - there is a huge geopolitical chokepoint created by an unfriendly government.
I’m being pressured to STOP talking about the SAVE America Act
& they don’t want me to return to South Dakota.
I won’t be bullied & I cannot be bought.
Due to these bullying attempts, I’m also looking at coming to Sturgis.
