Good afternoon. The air conditioning onboard these services is done my an automated system and cannot be controlled by the driver I'm afraid. We can pass this back to the fleet team for review at the depot. It may be the case where it is a fault with that specific carriage and other parts of the train may be cooler. ^Max

Hear from our Customer Services Director, Jenny, and Head of Stations, Tom, on this year's preparations 👇
@sammcinnerny Hello. Many of our services from Streatham to Farringdon are unable to run at the moment due to a trespasser in the Clapham Junction area. This has caused Southern services to come to a stand which is blocking the line between Sutton and Streatham via Hackbridge. ^Max
ℹ️ Services which run between St Albans City and Sutton via Wimbledon, will now run via Mitcham Junction instead.
You may wish to use an alternative route to travel - depending on your journey. Please see the above thread, or below, for more info👇

@CorporalJosh@michellenathan1 Hi there, please can you tell me the train you were travelling on please? the time and location you boarded would be great so I can look into your service in particular. Thank you ^Kieran
⚠️ One of the lines from St Albans to West Hampstead Thameslink is blocked due to a fault on a train.
ℹ️ This has recently happened and we are working to gather more information for you.
Updates will follow below 👇
The changes to the timetable mean that trains between Blackfriars and Purley still run half hourly for most of the day. Because these alterations are planned in advance, no other services will make additional calls unless there's disruption affecting the route.
The 11:41 was cancelled due to a fault on that train, I understand you wanted to board this one and travel to London Bridge for additional Southern services towards Purley. I believe you boarded the 11:56 instead, which is a 15-minute wait at London Blackfriars.
If you get the 13:08 from London Victoria, you'll be getting into Purley for 13:31. Next time, I would suggest you continue to travel via London Birdge or East Croydon, and this would've made the journey quicker. Apologies if I missed something! ^Silva
☀️ We're expecting some hot weather today! 😎
Please carry a bottle of water with you during the warm weather.
If you feel unwell, stay on the platform where colleagues can help you more easily.
