@NewsieOne @AnnCoulter It's called the "Ratings Game," and yes, some vets play it. Typically, a vet has some legitimate claims that might amount to 20 or 30 %. Then they can link those to "secondary" impacts. and the ratings goes up. Attorneys are often involved in these cases- and there you go!
