@CFCPys@FabrizioRomano@GiveMeSport Who are these "top" young talents we keep hearing about? You can probably count on one hand the truly elite ones we've recruited - Palmer, Caicedo, Estevao, Enzo. I'd have much more belief in this strategy if we went about it like PSG and actually signed the best talents.
@CFCPys Not to take away from the argument overall, which I think is worth having, but this gif is a pretty poor example of it. Enzo loses his focus for a second absolutely screaming at Badiashile for not stepping out to challenge his man, which is the far bigger problem in this clip.
The industry woes finally caught up to me, so I'll be out of a job in January. If you need an experienced writer (or know someone who does), who's published on the likes of ESPN and Sports Illustrated, let's connect and talk. (DE+EN!) https://t.co/F9lvwOV0H8

@MaxLondonsFirst @RoneWinor What do we do when half the PL and European sides continue to park the bus against us as they have done for about a decade regardless of our manager? Do we complain that they won't let us transition or do we finally learn to play the possession game to break teams down reliably?
@SJohnsonSport Because players aren't rested exclusively for the next game but with a view to keeping them injury-free for the whole season. These calls are often the medical staff's ("red zone") as much as the head coach's. The next game does matter, but it's not the ONLY thing that does.
Today I'm launching a Kickstarter for a project named "Good Luck, Have Fun: StarCraft's Esports Legacy". It's a project aimed to do three things:

@CFCPys People completely sleeping on Michel. The job he's done at Girona is incredible. Promotion -> mid-table -> CL within 3 seasons with a record transfer of €7m in that time and a lot of player turnover. Can't really raise a club up much faster, and all while playing great football.
@CFCPys There are other interesting names though - Motta, Michel especially. Modern, structural, tactical managers currently doing outstanding jobs, elevating mid-table clubs to top 4 level and quickly at that. If Hoeneß is interesting (rightly so, imo), why not them?
