This is gonna make me a World Cup fan - McDonald's has a new Squishmallows Happy Meal featuring FIFA World Cup plushies!
Many countries will be getting this Happy Meal and it's speculated that the USA will be getting it as well. As of now I cannot confirm if the USA gets the Squishmallows, but they *are* getting over 20 plushies so I have to believe it will be the Squishmallows.
Here are thirteen of the characters and some of the other ones I've seen are ADORABLE with the mascots from the US/Canada/Mexico also included.
This one is speculated to drop in the US around June 9th and is gonna be a HUGE day at McDonald's.
Are you going to be trying for any of the Squishmallows World Cup toys?!

Here's a lawsuit filed today about "the Ferrari or Prada of canned tomato varieties."
We're talking about San Marzano tomatoes, of course.
California consumers say that Cento Fine Foods falsely advertises its tomatoes as being "Certified San Marzano."
The tomatoes allegedly are "inauthentic, and indeed illegal in Italy."
ICento was ejected from the Italian Consortium that approves San Marzano tomatoes in 2011.
The Consortium "is the only entity which can certify and approve San Marzano tomatoes."
Following an Italian police raid of Cento's operations in 2010, a manager was convicted of criminal fraud for selling counterfeit tomatoes.
Yet Cento continues to give the "false impression that [its product] contains Consortium certified San Marzano tomatoes."
Woohoo! The USPTO is now at serial number 99800xxx for trademarks.
I have no idea why it excites me to see what the next serial number will be after 99999999.
Wow. 204 pages and 632 paragraphs.
This Complaint includes claims under the Lanham Act for using in commerce false or misleading representations of fact likely to cause confusion / unfair competition through false advertising.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which FIFA will call "Atlanta Stadium" during the World Cup for sponsorship reasons, is covering up its logos.
FIFA is requiring U.S. stadiums to cover non-FIFA sponsor logos for the tournament.

@PsyberMind@WheelerMorse@LasVegasFill I’ve been here and had this and they definitely put anchovies in. Also, you can see the cracked egg shells on the tray…
