TPS and Crime Stoppers have announced an enhanced cash reward of up to $25K for information leading to the arrest of Kyle Douglas Prouse, wanted in connection with the April 21 robbery and shooting at Fairview Mall.
We believe he is responsible for at least six robberies and break-and-enters across Ontario and Quebec since 2023.

Task Force Guardian continues to deploy highly trained officers at various locations across the city. Our highly trained officers are out there to keep you safe and are always happy to answer your questions.
On April 22, officers on general patrol spotted a car stolen earlier that day. When they attempted to stop it, the suspects fled but were arrested after a short foot pursuit. 4 arrested (incl. a 14-year-old), facing 58 charges. Two handguns were recovered.
