If you are tracking $LPTH, I highly recommend reviewing @OptimusDelta notes. His analysis on this company is exceptionally well-informed and insightful. 📊👇
Golden Dome $3.2b space based interceptor updates - @skrubin liked it, so I'm digging in.
When LightPath acquired Amorphous Materials Inc. in January 2026, the 8-K filing included this line:
"These capabilities are expected to enable the use of BlackDiamond glass in long range, satellite sensors for the Golden Dome program."
Sam naming Golden Dome as a target market.
The reason it matters; the AMI acquisition added the ability to produce BlackDiamond glass up to 17" diameter (previously 5"). Satellite IR sensors need large aperture optics.
Golden Dome has two layers - $LPTH has exposure to both
Golden Dome isn't one programme, it's an entire kill chain:
A tracking layer - satellites that detect and track incoming missiles from space. Three of the four companies building this ($3.5B awarded late 2025) are existing LightPath customers or partners: L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman.
An interceptor layer - satellites that actually shoot missiles down. $3.2B awarded across 12 companies in early 2026.
One of those 12 is @anduriltech - who @lightpathtech own investor deck names as a key customer, and who is flying an infrared imager demo in LEO this year. (Check my previous posts on this as well, as I have covered it extensively)
LightPath's optics sit at the intersection of both layers.
TLDR:
1. Sam Rubin liked a post about the 12 vendor interceptor architecture
2. LightPath named Golden Dome explicitly in a January SEC filing
3. Their glass now scales to the aperture sizes satellite sensors require
4. Three of the tracking layer primes are existing LightPath relationships
5. Anduril - an interceptor layer awardee - is named in LightPath's own investor materials
6. Northrop Grumman's former Mission Systems President sits on LightPath's board

$AL2SI (2CRSi) has officially unlocked for trading after delivering a point-by-point rebuttal to Grizzly Research's short report:
🔸️ NYGC Contract is Real: The $610M framework is active; initial rollouts start in 2026. 2CRSi holds zero equity or ties to NYGC.
🔸️ Audited Financials: All revenue is fully audited by Ernst & Young. The NYGC contract generated zero revenue during the disputed period, proving allegations of "fabricated revenue" mathematically impossible.
🔸️Short-Seller Motivations: Grizzly held a 0.89% short position before the report, using "opinions instead of facts" to trigger a market crash for profit.
🔸️Legal Action: 2CRSi has officially referred the matter to the French AMF for market manipulation.
🧐 After dropping 43% on Thursday and being suspended on Friday, the stock opened lower today at €18.50 but showed dynamic recovery from its €16.65 low, closing the session at €22.00 (-13%).
Massive crash for France’s $AL2SI (2CRSi) today, with shares plunging nearly 50% before trading was halted.😕
The collapse follows a devastating short-seller report from @ResearchGrizzly , alleging massive revenue fabrication and fake US data center contracts. 📉

What is going on with McDonald's? 📉
$MCD has broken sharply below its 200-day SMA, confirming a Death Cross (50 SMA crossing below the 200 SMA). Key support sits right at $271.
Historically, buying under the 200-day SMA yields great long-term returns, but is the business still a buy under all this pressure? 🍔😬
I like what I’m seeing. $EQT has been on my watchlist for a while, and personally, I think this could be a good entry point for a long position.

🚨NEW TRADES ALERT
Rep. Thomas H. Kean Jr. Just disclosed new trades
Including buying $EQT, a major American natural gas producer.
Kean sits on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
The same committee that oversees companies like $EQT
He bought the stock on June 1st when the stock was trading at $55 a share.
It’s down 7% since. Will it recover?
Does he know something?
With the Covelya regulatory approval locked in and @themotleyfool calling it a "once-in-a-decade" pick, $PNG / $KRKNF chatter is picking up way more than usual. Spotlight is definitely on it next week—let's see how it performs by next weekend 👀🧐
$CODA Coda Octopus Group posted an intriguing Q2 FY2026 this week.🐙
The company develops cutting-edge underwater imaging, real-time 3D/4D sonar, and AR diving systems (Echoscope + DAVD), serving defense, offshore energy, and marine infrastructure.
But what do the numbers say? 🧵 👇
1️⃣ While top-line growth remained flat, profitability surged significantly. This jump was driven by much stronger gross margins and optimized operating expenses.
📊 Latest Earnings / Q2 FY2026:
🔸️ Revenue: $6.9M (-1.6% YoY)
🔸️Gross profit: $4.6M (+1.8%)
🔸️Gross margin: 66.3% (vs 64.1%)
🔸️Operating income: $1.8M (+65% YoY)
🔸️Net income: $1.7M (+87% YoY)
🔸️Cash balance: $30.6M
This strong profitability profile is backed by deep competitive moats. $CODA's core strength lies in its rock-solid balance sheet and proprietary tech that is difficult for competitors to replicate.
2️⃣ To understand this business, we must weigh its strong core advantages against the macroeconomic pressures it currently faces.
🛡 Core Strengths:
🔸️Massive cash reserves & zero debt
🔸️High gross margin profile (~66%)
🔸️DAVD Untethered approved for U.S. Navy use
🔸️Echoscope NANO expanding into underwater robotics & autonomous vehicles (AUVs)
However, these operational wins hide a few underlying headwinds. Improved margins came alongside a notable pullback in their primary segment, which investors shouldn't ignore.
⚠️ Risks & Headwinds:
🔸️Geopolitical disruptions: although temporary, the war involving Iran and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz disrupted global marine shipping and froze offshore projects
🔸️Core Marine Technology revenue declined 26.8% YoY as a direct result
🔸️Offshore energy & geopolitical uncertainty slowing customer activity
🔸️Export restrictions limiting international expansion
🔸️Long defense procurement cycles delaying new program awards
3️⃣ So where does $CODA stand in the broader subsea ecosystem? 🌊
First, a common misconception needs to be cleared up: although many investors lump Kraken Robotics $KRKNF in as a peer, they focus on AUVs/batteries—not $CODA's real-time 3D/4D sonar niche. They aren't true direct competitors. Instead, $CODA competes against industry giants like Teledyne Marine $TDY and Kongsberg $KOG / $KBGGY. While $CODA is much smaller than these titans, its highly differentiated tech and high-margin profile give it a unique, protected edge.
4️⃣ How does all of this translate into market valuation? 💰
At ~$10/share (EV ~$82M) with a P/E of 24-25x, the market is already recognizing the company's strong fundamentals. However, the current price leaves less room for execution missteps. This high bar is exactly why investors reacted the way they did this week; the stock slipped because the market focused on the top-line revenue miss, ignoring the massive EPS beat.
To justify this multiple and unlock the next leg of growth, the company must execute on very specific triggers.🚀
Some of the catalysts to watch:
🔸️Converting U.S. Navy DAVD approval into actual procurement orders
🔸️Scaling Echoscope NANO adoption with autonomous vehicle makers
🔸️Leveraging their $30.6M cash cushion for strategic acquisitions
$CODA pairs an excellent financial position with elite tech. The ultimate challenge moving forward is translating technical milestones into consistent, scalable revenue growth while navigating bumpy defense and energy cycles. The operational efficiency is clearly there; commercial scaling is next.
What do you think is $CODA a hidden AI/Robotics defense gem or a geopolitical value trap? 🤔
