I'll update the policy of the store. Starting now, any return coming from outside Canada sent with DHL/UPS/Fedex will be automatically refused and return to the shipper.

@leonkiriliuk On my PS2 noctua mod, I recommend to use a NF-A6x25 5V and use a 10ohms 1W resistor to series. This should step down the voltage enough to not burn the fan when an HDD is plugged.

Adapter done (10omhs res for the 7v output of the PS2), installed, dead silent with a 5v noctua 60x25. Going to sort my files and upload everything on @printablescom .
@xavier16239131@onlinedeadline Both are hand-made from perfboards. The one with the big cap is simple bridge rectifier before the stepdown converter so I can use any polarity in the power source. The other is a very crude 5V splitter with JST XH plugs, just to avoid soldering wires everywhere.
@Sayajiin Pour mon layout final, les Bestas verticales ont été en ruptures pendant +1 an. Quand elles sont arrivées en stock j'ai du attendre pour les étagères deux semaines après. Heureusement que j'en avais avant.
Reproduction #PCEngine main board repo is now public, including the KiCad project, schematics (specific to the PCE, adapted from TG-16) and Gerbers for producing your own boards https://t.co/dWA0DfyYOQ
Testing stuff with OBS. Now since I've upgraded the PC from the workshop, I gave it all the capture cards I have in hands the house. So I have the camcorder, the webcam, the OSSC and the microscope with a wired lavalier. Need a second screen and remote/deck control it.
@jeffqchen@leonkiriliuk@Consoles4You I wrap kapton around the ribbon and lens after install for 1) protect oxydation and 2) give a bit of rigidity/stress relieve on the solder joint
Throwing a bottle in the ocean: if someone has a lens of a Virtual Boy in spare (like after a consolized VB) please contact me.
I think I have a lens with snapped goldwires inside the lens (not a ribbon issue)
@SuperMattroid@MisterAddons I used Post Canada/USPS and have very very few issues. And the very little times when there are customs, they charges REAL customs taxes (not enjoyable but at least they are fair and legal).
Dear American people: please please please stop using UPS, DHL or FedEx for sending stuff to Canada. Just stop. They are thieves and hold Canadians goods behind ransoms disguised as taxes, and uses rabbit holes non sensical paperwork to destroy our mental sanity.
