OP_RETURN is easier, UTXO is cheaper, why not discourage both?

BIP110 discourages both, and will prune old non-monetary UTXO's.

There are LESS than 2 blocks worth of monetary transactions waiting to get in. There are 38 blocks of spam waiting to get in.

Spam is not just blockchain bloat, it's UTXO bloat too.

Yes, by running a #Bitcoin node I agreed to store up to 4megs (vBytes) of transactional data per block.

I did NOT sign up to store monkey pictures, like a free cloud storage service.

Node operators are not paid, so they store this information for FREE... FOREVER!!!

I want the BTC blockchain to store BTC transactional data. Core wants it to store monkey pictures.

Core says "spam is bad" but then does nothing to deter it (like it used to).

Core isn't acting like BCH or BSV, it wants to turn BTC into ETH.

When someone sends me #Bitcoin I know, with 100% certainty, it's real Bitcoin. It doesn't matter if it's $100 worth or $100 BILLION worth.

Hand me any amount of gold and I have NO WAY of knowing if it's real.... Just like @PeterSchiff doesn't have a clue.
