@drmattuk My original tweet was in response to a dr insulting a dr, then another dr using racially charged language against said dr. Completely wrong, and I called it out. You took it out of context, misinterpreted what I said/who I am, and encouraged a storm of tweets against me.

PA social media activity is a different debate, which I'm not having here.

You've gone through my LinkedIn and insulted my career. I think that counts as intentionally unkind. And unprofessional.

I will also refer you yet again back to my original tweet, where I in no way talked about PAs or staffing strategy. I talked about online behaviour of the NHS workforce re PAs.
