@Hertz Thanks Christa. The long line is not the issue unfortunately. The issue is the agency is unable to fulfil rental contracts for myself and hundreds of irate customers for hours. The funds have been taken, but the vehicle is not available for an indeterminate amount of time. Help!

Reservation was made weeks ago for 330pm today and the agent said it’s going to be 1-2 hours minimum for the vehicle to be ready from the lot. Calgary AB Airport location. Agent said the wait is because of the long weekend. Unacceptable. Many upset customers today. Wow
