Huge thank you to @sewateruk for turning up in 35 degree heat to change the thingy in the street so that our plumbers could turn off the water and fix our leak. Fabulous service on the phone from Kelly too. Less than 24 hrs from reporting the problem to it being sorted. 🙏🙏
