.@JenniferBuck65 and I know from personal experience the pain that Mother's Day can bring to those facing infertility or having lost a child.
For those facing that, don't let the pain keep you from gathering with God's people on the Lord's Day. Remember that on God's calendar it is His Day not anyone else's. And there's no better place to be than worshipping God with God's people when you feel despondent. As you go to church, ask the Lord to allow you to rejoice with those who are rejoicing.
For the church gathering Sunday, remember there are those who will come to worship with heavy hearts. They aren't doing this because they aren't focused on the Lord on the Lord's Day. They have heavy hearts because society will be celebrating something that they either long to have and don't or have lost. Remember to focus the worship on the Lord and not motherhood. As you go to church, ask the Lord to allow you to weep with those who weep.
I’m officially the second best judge in the family. @CaldwellTISD with another amazing project for their students and congrats to my favorite redhead for serving as Pearson County Judge today!
If you live in a county with a pop. Of 300,000 or less, or support rural law enforcement regardless of where you live, take a look at this bill. Could greatly help smaller counties provide for public safety and support the folks who take the risks for the rest of us. #txlege
