@sowhat623 @cityofwaco I spend so much time rolling around these streets with my blacked out windows, I see open drug use in vehicles nearly every day. Sooooo many legitimate predicates that the popo could use to make stops on those shitbox vehicles. Profiling shitboxes is not against the law!

If we had a PD who did their jobs, they would use vehicle noise violations as predicates for lawful traffic stops, and then they could use the smell of burnt cannabis as probable cause to search those same vehicles and occupants, then they'd find felony amounts of drugs, unlawfully possessed guns, and then be able get those same garbage humans off the streets.
