Native video references can capture an action but drift out of sync with the source. TARA aligns the reference and output timelines inside attention, helping preserve performance and timing while using native reference conditioning, without Add Guide.

I’ve also developed optional precompiled kernels for Comfy Kitchen and sol-attn, with TARA’s temporal attention bias fused directly into the attention computation. This avoids the slower per-frame compatibility path. BFSNodes automatically downloads the matching binary on supported systems, compatibility and performance across GPUs are still being validated.

Early tests look promising. Interestingly, my guide-latent-trained LoRA currently seems to work better with TARA than the unfinished TARA-trained checkpoint. This isn’t a controlled comparison; I’m training a fresh LoRA from scratch to investigate further.

There’s a TARA node in BFSNodes for native ComfyUI workflows. If you’d like to try it, feedback, settings and short comparisons are very welcome, especially from different GPUs!

We've almost rebuilt the SmackDown 2 game in Unreal Engine 5.

This SDReloaded Engine will be released for Free, open source on Github when done for non-commercial reasons, ghouls don't get any ideas.

I've been messing around with different movie intro ideas, from horror and sci-fi to romance, comedy, fantasy, and more.

Figured I'd share some of the prompts so you can try them out yourself!

Just replace "FOLDINGEND" with whatever title or name you want to use, and have some fun experimenting.

These prompts should work with most AI video generators, including Kling, Seedance, MiniMax H3, and even ComfyUI workflows. You may need to make a few adjustments depending on the model.

I can only upload 4 videos at a time here, so I'll be sharing these in batches.

@EndFolding79421 i will test that, what i do usually i cut it in 10sec sequences and use original audio instead of the decoded one.
and to be sure lipsync match audio, i do like in the image.
Pasting all the 10sec parts is tricky as it generate 10.2s parts, i need to remove the 0.2 everytime.

flux.3 didn't remove ui overlay or humans as prompted but stay more reel to original image while klein remove overlay and humans but went more artistic
