@flyspicejet probably worst airlines ever, booked a morning flight for my friend from Pune to Delhi. 5.30 am flight was delayed to 4.30pm and then delayed to 5.30pm and then to 7.15pm in the evening.
And even though their policy says some compensation. Nothing was offered.

Dear @makemytrip @makemytripcare @IndiGo6E @Ministry_CA @JM_Scindia I had a booking PNR- PQS2PF. The flight was cancelled by Indigo airlines. I don't understand how my applicable refund is Rs. 0 if the flight was cancelled by airlines
