Blossoming by Eeshar Singh
Completely blown away by Eeshar Singh's album release - his compositions served as the soundtrack behind the Suraj Podcast SZN 1, the stories of Guru Gobind Singh. His music beautifully reflects the flavour (ras) of Santokh Singh's poetic masterpiece.
A heartfelt thank you to the patrons on the ManglaCharan Patreon page for providing your support - the money directly went to funding Eeshar Singh, allowing him to hire the Scottish Session Orchestra to perform these compositions.
The album is now released so please everyone check it out!

I don’t have a routine.
It’s boring.
I have responsibilities.
I live life and do what needs to be done.
Stop overcomplicating everything.
Set goals and crush them.
Be a maniac.
You need to be obsessed with what you want and pursue it.
End of story.
No shortcuts.
When Guru Gobind Singh established his egalitarian community of the Khalsa it was met with stark resistance by the social elites of the Shivalik Hills. They worried their caste privilege would melt away if they joined the Khalsa, to which the Guru responded with the quote below
