RT now incorporated into most major guidelines for HCC (BCLC, AASLD, EASL, NCCN, others) & should be a standard of care option.

However even the “faster” disease sites have substantial median contouring times. Helpful to show to non-rad onc colleagues who wonder what we do all day/night
@CCortiMD@subatomicdoc It’s so much less work and higher political/financial yield to make a “supportive” comment or quote a press release vs a “critical” comment (risking a rebuttal intended to make you look foolish). Maybe we need a #ad tag or similar when commenting on studies with genuine COI
