@British_Airways @dani_chaudry I couldn't manage to speak to my family for 15 hours and had no idea what situation they are facing. We were told that infants and young children were left in deplorable conditions. Shameful and frustrating situation. No milk availability for children at the airport. Unbelievable

Passengers are literally left at the airport on their own. The situation could have been managed better but extremely disappointing service
