This ultramodern homegrown laboratory features Africa’s first-of-its-kind total lab automation system, alongside advanced technologies supporting faster, high-quality diagnostics and stronger health systems.
This is the future of diagnostics, built right here in Kenya.
Participants at our #PRSEAH training are being taught through role play how Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassment negatively affect victims.
The sessions are also strengthening participants’ ability to prevent, identify and respond to such incidents.
Experts and policymakers from across Africa are in Accra for a regional workshop on the governance of emerging genetic biocontrol agents.
The workshop is piloting the WHO–OECD Toolkit to strengthen governance and policy for innovative technologies to combat diseases.

Today, we donated test kits to @NMIMR_UG to evaluate the clinical performance of three novel rapid diagnostic tests for Mpox.
The recommended kits will strengthen decentralized testing & improve turnaround time, supporting faster detection & response.
