@nerdypursuit Can be stopped in the future? To some extent, if someone tried to accuse them of the same thing, it’s already on record that they’ve been cleared of it. If it’s something different, they may investigate again. But it isn’t always so intense. I think it depends on the concern.

@nerdypursuit It was a little surreal reading the substack because all the things he talked about (the investigation, the forensic interview, checking in the fridge, etc.) I am pretty familiar with due to my line of work.

As described, they handled the situation very well.

@nerdypursuit You know one think I have liked so far about his writing? That he doesn’t just write “The Political Memoir” He writes about topics that interest him. Even The Shortist Way Home reads almost like a collection of essays where he explores different themes.
