@CruiseNorwegian I'm onboard the Gem. My luggage was broken by an NCL employee during boarding. No efforts have been made to fix my suitcase. I've asked for it to be returned to me and NCL won't give it back . Who do I contact for reimbursement for my damaged suitcase?
