@AmsterFran @candiwrites @fiorellarza @AnjiMenon@serenagiust I’m such a lame Twitter user. Late to the chat but enjoyed the panel discussion at Perspectives. Thanks for encouraging non-natuve speakers @candiwrites
Compelling take on misuse of UX by @jjg, though I wonder if perhaps checkbox empathy has been the red herring pulling us from the slower work of developing compassion and respect—preferring UX theater as described by @spydergrrl, shamefully omitted here: https://t.co/kWeVMaw8g0
Scott Kubie is more than UX writing events newsletter. I always find gems in the intro part of his newsletter ! 🎉

An easy read about the practical application of machine learning for UX writers. Many of us write for algorithms without even knowing so. Nice one @serenagiust https://t.co/3iG7OuA7vs
"Even the most digital-savvy person will experience eventually a decline in the speed of thinking, eyesight, and other aspects that can impact the ability to use a digital product". How can we help older adults use our products with better microcopy? https://t.co/YqNHjlpYYX
@typothermya We have direct contact with 45 language localisers through our shared tool - Lingo. We add briefs and strings and they have a space for comments and localisation content. I admire comments as they let us know what works or not and ask for clarification.
One of my favourite things about being a writer at @bookingcom is working every day with 43 Language Specialist teams. One of our Hebrew specialists wrote this great article about localisation - have a read! #UXWriting#contentdesign#localisation

Found this “old” article from 2018 by @andreadrugay about nuances between UX writers and content strategists. Curious what you think of a Content designer title? A colleague and I had a long discussion on what best describes us. We’re kind of leaning towards Content designer.
For most teams, approaching #persona creation qualitatively is the right balance of effort vs. value, but very large or very small organizations might benefit from statistical or lightweight approaches, respectively https://t.co/Ur1Bx9OFny #UX#userresearch#designprocess
@BrentSummers So gld about it. Your newsletter is new but I see it as one of top UX writing newsletters out there. Good luck with developing a community
@beacordelia@rosamund I can’t change anything about US disxriminatory health system and your president unfortunately. I know you said you don’t need hugs, still it is devastating that we humans are so creative when it is about discriminating others :(.
