I agree that canvas would have been beneficial. Having the lectures and assignments available online allows for those to miss class to still participate. Allowing a way to house lecture slides as well seems very beneficial.

@MaddernBryan @SarahCeja03 A4) In High School, a tool that would have been beneficial would be Google Slides and Google Docs. Being able to use these for class group projects would have been helpful for easy communication use. Sharing papers made communication difficult.

I can relate that Google Sites would have been helpful when creating a music portfolio. When at my community college they had us use Wix but through this class have found Google Sites has easier access for adding info later on. @Duncannedd #csubted #csubedte4200

I think YouTube would work great as a resource. Having the captions for the videos is great. They can even watch videos they are interested at times for better attention for focusing on said video.

I think Google translate is a great resource. It allows them to hear and see the phrases. This also helps in emails when trying to reach out to family at home.

@Ststansberry @joceperezCSUB A3) One form of technology that can help ELL students is Audiobooks. Contacting the school library and getting a book list in the student's reading level allows them to follow the words and hear them at the same time for better comprehension.

I can relate to this for Zoom. When being sent to Zoom halfway into the semester it caused problems of when to join, and due to internet problems people would disconnect starting the process of waiting to get back in. @Duncannedd #csubted #csubedte4200

@tom_karnes @CsubMadelyns A2) A technology that resulted in challenges that deterred students from learning was wifi. The teacher wanted us to download and play an online game during class. Wifi disconnected the class causing lessons to get removed. #csubedte4200 #csubted @Duncannedd
