@CrossCountryUK I don’t think there are engineering works then as can’t see on your website. But it’s literally every day for weeks, which I find very hard to believe that all the advance singles that usually cost as little as £20.40 for some times have all completely gone… 😩

@CrossCountryUK Have advance tickets either all sold out or not yet released for tickets to/from Manchester/Reading throughout mid-Nov to Dec? I’m literally looking at so many dates during this period and they are all far more expensive than the usual advance tickets I purchase.

@CeXSupport @Cex Too late. Already found someone quicker to go in and buy it from Reading than your team took to reply. I just don’t understand why it is impossible to ring a store. How do you expect people who can’t go in to know these things for sure?

@BeeNetwork Perhaps if you didn’t change the timetables so often that would help? I looked yesterday and it said the last tram from St Peter’s Square to Newton Heath and Moston was midnight but when I get to there it’s not scheduled and then the timetable says the last tram as already gone!

@CrossCountryUK Hi, supposed to be getting the 18:25 from Manchester to Reading but it’s saying part-cancelled and the journey is starting from Macclesfield. Do you have ticket acceptance in place on other companies stopping at Macclesfield, Stoke or Stafford to get on there?

@CrossCountryUK I understand that as I book and travel with you all the time but these are for tickets two months in advance. I just find it hard to believe on this one day nearly all the trains that he could get tjose advance tickets have sold out in just a matter of days within looking.

@CrossCountryUK I’m trying to book train tickets for my dad from Reading to Stoke-on-Trent. Loads of the tickets were cheap at the off-peak price and now they’ve up to quadrupled in a few days! Surely the advance singles for ALL of those trains can’t have sold out that quickly?

@Specsavers I’m currently on hold to speak with someone at your Manchester Arndale store. 1st time, was caller No.1 for about 10 minutes so hung up to try again, now been caller No.2 for 7 minutes and the hold time has gone up from 1-6 minutes! What’s going on? This isn’t right.
