Hi Pathologists, my Dx is NK cell enteropathy, an indolent disorder that may spontaneously resolve and may recur. Not very symptomatic and does not respond to chemotherapy. Has recurrent mutations of JAK-STAT pathway genes so likely neoplastic. But don’t call it lymphoma!!
