@AirCanada 3) we begged to have our luggage and were assured that it was following us on all our rebooked flights. LIES. I HAVE CRITICAL MEDICATION IN MY BAG THAT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO BRING ON CARRY ON!! We leave for our cruise in 12. hours, and I have none of it.

Finally, we got on a flight that turned around mid air because there was a smell that bugged a few people. Then flight after flight was delayed or cancelled. We were told flights couldn't fly in and out of Toronto because if weather...but many were while we sat.

@LATAMAirlines Terrible customer service. You kept a family of 4 on hold for 7 hours today because of a simple first/last name swap, were supposed to rebook them for tomorrow YUL to LIM, and NEVER SOLVED THE PROBLEM. Utter incompetence. Care to fix it now?
