@FaeJohnstone Totally. And meaningful action to advance workplace rights for 2SLGBTQI+ workers. Federal Govt Pride Networks and combatting transphobia & homophobia in the military are a step but not far enough. Workplaces are one of the most common sights of exclusion for queers.
