There is only one outside the majors worth looking at on the ASX with it already looking at 100000t a year and scaling to 150000t a year with the new deposit - not to mention 25-30 year mine life - HCH

Now rents have to go up. New builds are costing more by the day and aren’t getting any cheaper - this property fall won’t last
