So it's happened to someone else and I'm still told you won't refund the extra charge after tripling the amount for my order? This is clearly dishonesty because the restaurant is not likely to be paid 3 times as much, so Uber is stealing from customers and the restaurant 😡

@Uber_Support your app made a mistake and triple charged me for an order. Now no one is responding and I'm told the price is displayed prior to placing the order? This is unacceptable, sort this out immediately and refund the extra charge or I will continue to spam your page.

@Uber_RSA is highly frustrating. Drivers seems to cancel at random, and for almost every trip. It's become quite an unreliable service. I've had about 7 or 8 cancellations recently. Anyone else experience this? #wth

When neither @Afrihost nor @vumatel want to take responsibility for a fibre line that is installed and not working for 3 weeks!! 4 visits and about 10 phone calls and no one seems to give an ish!! Horrible horrible service!

I bought a 2-piece swimming costume from @WOOLWORTHS_SA with BOTH hangers in my size, the cashier didn't inform me that they scanned as 2 TOTALLY different sizes. I've now removed all tags and after wearing it, discovered it was mismatched. I feel so cheated coz I can't return it
