Talking with employers and @MerrittCollege's Child Development program, we learned a pipeline needs to be built to bring more students in and guide them to careers. We're working with #colleges, #students, and #employers to bridge the gaps between all three to uplift communities.

In the next two weeks, we're running #usabilitytests with Solano's S.O.A.R. program students to ensure that formerly incarcerated, current and former foster youth, unhoused, and other #students' facing unique barriers voices are included in the #design of our platform.
