@NiteStar good question. Its more the technology being used, but every time we have mentioned it to business owners..they cringe. They want solution, don't care about the tech.
@strategystew@numa_helps typically a business will rescue 50% of its missed calls. At $50/month, a business usually sees the service paying for itself in 2-3 days.
@mehulgohil@numa_helps@Bizapalooza Numa used to be NumberAI. Number = phone number + AI (our technology). We evolved to Numa. Like Alexa for consumers, just here to help small businesses
@SchellerAnna@DIYMarketers forwarding to your (or an employee) cell phone is great. Many business owners are looking for help during after hours when they don't want to be disturbed
@Bizapalooza I would never mention chatbots. Businesses are averse to that. This is next generation of voiceamail using texting to solve problems and deal with customers
@NiteStar They can use their mobile phone to text them back. Or even better assign to to an employee who can us an app to text with customer
#BizapaloozaChat
@ramonray@numa_helps Receive a notification that a call came in. Auto-text back the customer and then assign it to one of your workers who can text with customer directly

@NiteStar Most customers want an answer quickly - placing an order etc. and when they encounter voicemail, they hang up and call another (competitive) business.
