Getting a joke now. I feel sorry 4 middle earning hard working families. Our rate was 11p kw before Oct 2021 it's going to be 29p a KW which is used up very quickly. Gov blaming cost of fuel but what about planning ahead by generating our own energy! is that not their jobs?

Our Band 2 Colleagues currently earn £9.49 an hour.

In April the Minimum Wage goes up to £9.50 and we know our next pay award (due in Apr) will be delayed AGAIN.

So in April our hardworking band 2 NHS workers will be earning below min wage!
