@HMRCcustomers I am still trying to apply for my tax child credits and 15 hours. I am unable to log in as when I get to the ID check it states that my NI number is not correct. No one answers and I have been sent backwards and forwards between departments. Please can you help.

@HMRCcustomers Hi Martin. Thank you for replying, I did call them today and they asked me to contact you requesting a reason for the issue with my national insurance number. They said once I had the reason I could contact them again.

@UKPowerNetworks after being told it's a fault in our home we've now been informed by Haste that there was a power surge which has damaged our appliances. At 32 weeks pregnant I'm actually disgusted that you've left me in a house with no heating or ability to cook. I require help

@AQA Thanks for the number but I’ve already spoken to an AQA colleague over the phone and they say the same thing “you can expect payment this Friday” and then the Friday passes and no payment is received.

@AQAEnglish @AQA I still have not been paid for my marking of English Language Paper 1 this year. I am awaiting over £600. I was told I would be paid by the 19th then by the 31st and still nothing.

@Etsy I’ve emailed several times about the suspension of my Etsy shop due to identification problems. I’ve uploaded an ID which was previously accepted yet my shop is not reopened. I am concerned that I have lost custom because I have received no response from Etsy support.
