I wasn’t prepared to strike like I have in the past to end up with worse working conditions again. I’m willing to try something else.
@Danny_Islander @CarrieHunterCr2 All I’m saying is at no point in the last 15 years has any strike/WTR, etc. improved my working conditions. Why would it be any different this time?
@jhlm2004 @springmymble To be fair, I think a lot of the people that didn’t vote would have been more “yes”. If you were a no, I think you made sure you voted. I could be wrong tho.
@MrBMontgomery16@hbbumbleb It’s not just the union. It’s not like it was 50% either. It’s almost 80%. If people thought job action would get them more than they would do it but I’ve done lots of WTR/Strikes over my career and managed 8% over the last 10 years and decreasing working conditions.
