@MrBMontgomery16 @hbbumbleb It’s not just the union. It’s not like it was 50% either. It’s almost 80%. If people thought job action would get them more than they would do it but I’ve done lots of WTR/Strikes over my career and managed 8% over the last 10 years and decreasing working conditions.
