My brother booked a bus, but the @goibibo platform cancelled it. Their app shows that a refund has been initiated, but the refund has not yet been received.

Installation was scheduled on 25-Aug-2024 between 16:30:00 - 18:30:00.

Not even a call from any executive for the update when it will be installed.

Such poor service is not needed. If you cannot provide good service. Refund the amount to the source.
