@Ocado Why do you insist on ID when alcohol content of .5% or below can be sold to anyone under 18? Just had a nightmare with thy is where the driver refused to deliver my stuff and then spent 30 mins arguing with me. I’m meant to be isolating. Yet another Ocado fail
Code tests? What’s your view?
I think it’s all about how it’s communicated. I make sure the candidate thinks the company is a great fit before I even mention the test. I also totally reassure them that if they do well in the test they are guaranteed an interview. Never fails
