Every day @costplusdrugs uncovers generic drugs that are insanely priced. If there is a generic that you can not afford , or that is charged for hundreds or thousands of dollars to your employer's insurance, please reply with the name and we will see if we can source it. Thanks
Do not resuscitate does NOT mean:
do not treat
do not consult
do not comfort
do not address issues
do not manage
do not follow up
do not intervene

Normalize giving full medical workups to patients with history of mental illness. It's not just an expression of their depression/bipolar/anxiety. Persons with mental illness get cancer, autoimmune disease, etc. It's not in their heads.
“Obesity is a choice” is the biggest misconception we tell ourselves and our patients. Read any of the genetics or neuroscience of obesity literature, and you would quickly rid yourself of this concept. Ignorance remains an obstacle to progress.
@Jeanvaljean689@anthilemoon Whereas the Moscow method just assumes that you are well organized enough to know which tasks must, should, or could be done today.... Which might be an overly generous assumption 🤣
@Jeanvaljean689@anthilemoon On the other hand, the Eisenhower actually walks you through assessing the attributes you should probably use to determine the Moscow method tags
@Jeanvaljean689@anthilemoon Very fascinating! I think I'd probably lean more towards using the Moscow method because I feel like that would more likely result in me actually doing the tasks...
@Jeanvaljean689@anthilemoon Eisenhower matrix is a bit more removed from direct action, where the 2 tags off urgency and importance indicate an assessment of each of those attributes, but don't, in themselves, imply a plan of when this would need be done...
@Jeanvaljean689@anthilemoon So looking at the differences between the two, for Moscow, the tag itself implies (and, thus, by the act of tagging, necessitates) a decision on whether the task would be done today and creates a built-in prioritization for the ones that might not be done today.
Do you have a long to-do list and not sure where to start? Try the Moscow Method - it takes 5 minutes! ✅
• Must - non negotiable, do it today
• Should - important but can wait until tomorrow
• Could - only if you have time & energy left
• Won't - remove from your task list
For the first time since July 30, 2020 there were ZERO reported in-hospital COVID deaths in New Jersey yesterday.
There’s only one way to make sure we have more days like yesterday: Get vaccinated.
