@iambrianjones @Specsavers I had this exact same issue today. Took my sons glasses to be repaired and they said they needed to replace the whole arm. I pointed out that the hinge is specifically designed to be removable and they should just sell the hinges but they wouldn't do it.
Such a waste of resourses
