I have had a text from a 0800 nunber telling me because they have not heard from me about my water meter fitting - it is cancelled. The original (and only form of communication so far ) stated the call would be from a 0330 number - assume this is a scam ?

@easyJet my flight has been diverted from Bristol to Birmingham due to thunderstorms in Bristol - just want to know if I can leave the plane when they get us off to refuel as I live near to Birmingham - I do not have any luggage in the hold and got the train to the airport .

@GWRHelp - Can I suggest that the seat reservation facility is stopped. On the 9:18 Cardiff to Paddington half the carriage were insisting in sitting in their reserved seats - half the passengers were just sitting anywhere - as some were from a cancelled train. Carnage / Anxiety

@tfwrail I cannot travel today - I was supposed to be back at work in Glasgow today but still in Cardiff . I have meetings all day today and tomorrow which I can attend on line but not ‘on a train’ - Can I use my ticket Friday instead when I can travel without missing meetings ?

@tfwrail Great - thanks for the reply Nia - so does that mean I can get any train tomorrow as plan to travel early - or do I have to get the same train as today - ( 24 hours later )

@tfwrail But buying a ticket on the day is twice the price as the ticket I bought in advance - that does not seem fair . I will also 24 hours delayed at my destination ?

@tfwrail Thanks for the update - i was booked on the 14:49 cardiff to Glasgow but only got as far as Shrewsbury - I have now got on a returned train to Cardiff as can not get past Shrewsbury - Assume I can use todays ticket again tomorrow - if lines are open ? Please advise .

@NetworkRailWAL @transport_wales @nationalrailenq Assume tickets that we purchased and tried to use today can be used tomorrow instead . - I got as far as Shrewsbury on the 14;49 from Cardiff to Glasgow but no rail replacement available apparently from Shrewsbury so I got back on a train to cardiff . Need to get to Glasgow tom

@THOMASSABO my daughter had this ring for her 18 th on 20/10/22 - within 2 weeks 4 of the blue stones had fallen out - we went to the Cardiff branch who replaced it with a second ring and within 2 days 2 stones have fallen out of this new ring .

@cardiffcouncil My 18 year old daughter nor any of her mates will ever use Black and White cabs as all Insist on cash - who has cash nowadays ?. Why can’t they have card machines in the cab They always use Ubers as don’t carry cash . You are loosing a lot of custom by not accepting cards.

@HelloMudDaddy I have a old model MudDaddy - amazing for my muddy dog - but the ring has gone on the pump . Trying to order another ring for the pump from your website but it it only letting me order the medium size and I need the small one . Can you help - thanks .
