Procurement by CPSEs from Micro and Small Enterprises #MSEs has witnessed a substantial rise — from ₹26,344 crore in FY 2017-18 to ₹93,568 crore in FY 2024-25. The share of goods procured from MSEs has also increased significantly, from 23.11% to 35% over the same period.
Furthermore, CPSEs’ procurement through the Government e-Marketplace #GeM has seen a spectacular jump — from ₹1,381.24 crore in FY 2019-20 to ₹3,90,080 crore in FY 2024-25.
